Every pet has a story.
Some come bounding into our lives as energetic puppies or curious kittens. Others
arrive later, perhaps from a shelter or rescue, carrying a past we'll never fully know.
Regardless of where their journey began, one thing is always true—they become family.
They know our routines. They wait by the door when we come home. They celebrate
the smallest moments with us and somehow seem to know exactly when we need
comfort.
Our pets spend their entire lives learning us.
This August, Moose's March is inviting pet parents everywhere to return that gift.
Welcome to 30 Days to Know Your Pet.
Why We Created This Campaign
At Moose's March, our mission has always been simple: to help families create more
memories through education and early detection.
We've learned something powerful through our work.
The first person to notice that something isn't quite right with a pet usually isn't a
veterinarian.
It's the person who loves them.
It's the family member who notices their dog didn't run to greet them at the door.
The owner who realizes their cat isn't jumping onto the windowsill like they used to.
The person who feels a small lump while giving a belly rub or notices their pet is
drinking a little more water than usual.
These small observations matter.
Knowing what is normal for your pet is one of the most valuable tools you have.
One Minute Can Make a Difference
Beginning August 1, we'll spend 30 days together learning simple ways to better
understand our pets.
Each day, we'll share one easy wellness tip, including:
How to perform a nose-to-tail wellness check
What changes in appetite may be telling you
How to recognize subtle shifts in energy or mobility
Why routine observations matter
When it's time to have a conversation with your veterinarian
You don't need special equipment.
You don't need medical training.
You simply need a few minutes and a willingness to pay attention.
Our goal isn't to make you worry.
Our goal is to help you feel more confident as your pet's greatest advocate.

pet the healthiest life possible.
More Than a Campaign
This isn't about perfection.
It isn't about becoming a veterinarian.
It's about becoming more connected.
It's about noticing the little things.
It's about recognizing when something changes.
Most importantly, it's about strengthening the incredible bond we share with our pets.
Every tail wag.
Every purr.
Every walk around the block.
Every quiet evening together.
These ordinary moments are the memories we treasure most.
If spending one minute each day helps even one family enjoy more of those moments
together, then every day of this campaign will have been worthwhile.

And every memory is worth protecting.
